Set-Up:-

We usually require around 40 - 50 mins to comfortably set-up and sound check, although we can do it quicker if necessary.  For all functions we usually arrive 1 hour before the scheduled start time in order to get our gear into the venue etc.  For weddings we will liaise with the venue staff in order to set-up after the meal, whilst the room is being 'turned around' for the evenings dancing.

Stage Size:-

Naturally the larger the line-up the bigger the stage area / floor area we require.   Whilst we are not adverse to setting up on the floor it is usually preferable to be on some form of stage or raised platform in order to see the dancers better.  Here is a rough indication of the reasonable room required:-

2-piece      3metres x 2metres

3-piece      4metres x 3metres

4-piece      5metres x 3metres

We normally require a small table  and a couple of chairs which can be arranged on the night.  We also require a minimum of 3 power sockets to plug into.
