Booking Us and Payment
To book us for your function:-
1. Give us a call or drop us an email (contact information) and we will be able to confirm whether or not we are available for your specific date and also give you an instant qoute.
2. If you wish to book us we will then send out our confirmation letter and acceptance form and will hold your booking provisionally for a 21 day period.
3. Once you receive the confirmation letter sign and return the acceptance form along with any requested deposit.
4. We will give you a call to confirm receipt of the acceptance form and any deposit. This secures the booking.
We usually take an initial deposit of between 20-30%. Payments should be made by cheque, made payable to 'Reel Fun'. For some functions we thereafter ask for a subsequent deposit taking the total payable to 50%, again payable by cheque. The remaining amount is payable at the function either at the start or during any break and MUST be paid in cash.
Please note that should the booking be cancelled BY YOU at any time then any deposits paid are non-refundable. Respective cancellation charges apply as follows:-
14 days or less to the function - 100% (Full amount is payable)
6 weeks or less to the function - 50% (Half of the full amount is payable)
